As a Customer Care - Social Media Specialist role will be:

  • Complaint investigation and handling of queries arriving through our Social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google reviews)
  • Liaise with the customers in a tactful and professional manner to facilitate the complaint resolution whilst rebuilding the Avis brand experience
  • Increase the reputation of our brands, address positive, neutral and negative sentiments in SM platforms

  • Advanced knowledge of  German (verbal, written)
  • Advanced knowledge of English (verbal, written)
  • Excellent and adaptive communication skills written and oral
  • Strong digital skills
  • Able to understand how the job impacts business results and other teams, thinks end-to-end
  • Strong ownership of tasks
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel with confidence
  • Outstanding customer orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Logical and proactive thinking
  • Creative problem solving
  • Able to follow-up and monitor activities (check task completion and delivery)
  • Ability to prioritize, administrate tasks and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Agility in managing a wide variety of queries
