Key Account Manager Support Specialist

Purpose of the role

The Key Account Manager Support Specialist is responsible for managing the client portfolio assigned to him / her in the administrative area (prices, conditions, agreements), within the set objectives of the business unit in order to make a maximum contribution to the growth and the preservation of his / her customers.


  • Inform, advise to customers
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers
  • Partly responsible for achieving the sales targets
  • Identifying and communicating developments with customers to colleagues and supervisor
  • Drafting and following up quotations
  • Process and follow up orders and stock levels
  • Managing price agreements, contracts, reservations and acceptance check
  • Follow up specials and backorders
  • Follow up complaints and feedback to the customer

  • A base salary range of gross 325 000 - 375 000 HUF/ month

Required Skills and Practical Experience

  • Bachelor or Master degree and/or relevant experience in a customer support role
  • High level of English (both written and oral)
  • Ability to set priorities to accurately track and process of administration
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Commercial feeling and capability to participate in negotiations
  • Computer skills and affinity with SAP and Excel
